You Own the Geometry. We Own the Process.

We are a contract manufacturer. Every part we ship is made from a drawing, a sample or a 3D scan that the customer supplies and is entitled to use. We do not hold a parts catalogue and we do not sell from stock — what we bring is foundry capacity, tooling made in-house, and machining up to 30 t.

Impellers

Closed and open impellers cast in high-chrome white iron, ductile iron or rubber-covered construction, then machined and dynamically balanced. Vane geometry is reproduced from your drawing or 3D scan — we do not alter hydraulic design without written instruction.

Casings, Covers & Brackets

Structural pump castings — volute casings, frame plates, covers, bearing housings and drive-end brackets. Machined on gantry capacity to 4 m × 6 m, with a 35 t crane and a largest single workpiece to date of 30 t.

Rubber & Polyurethane Lined Parts

Volute liners, throat and cover liners, and covered impellers moulded in natural rubber, NBR, EPDM or castable polyurethane. Tooling is cut in our own shop, so liner and mould are dimensionally matched and revisions do not wait on an outside toolmaker.

As-Cast Rough Components

Unmachined castings supplied to foundries, machine shops and distributors that finish parts on their own equipment. You control the final machining, the inspection record and the identity of the part; we supply sound metal with a material certificate.

Complete Pumps & Sub-Assemblies

Where a customer supplies a full set of drawings, we build and assemble the complete unit — wet end, bearing assembly, frame and base — rather than shipping loose components. Assembly, run-in and packing are handled under one roof.

Grades are quoted against recognised international standards. Where your drawing calls for a national equivalent, we confirm the substitution in writing before pouring.

What Ships With Every Batch

A wear part is only worth what its metallurgy says it is. Every consignment leaves with the paperwork that lets you verify it independently.

Material Certificate

Spectrometer analysis of the actual heat, reported element by element against the specified grade. Heat number is traceable to the individual casting.

Hardness Report

Rockwell readings taken at defined positions on the wear face, not a single convenience point. Sample size agreed with you before production starts.

Dimensional Report

Critical dimensions measured against your drawing and recorded. For complex geometry we issue a 3D scan comparison against the supplied model.

NDT & Balancing

Ultrasonic, magnetic particle or dye penetrant testing where the application calls for it. Rotating parts are dynamically balanced to ISO 21940 G6.3 or tighter.

We Can Rebuild From the Part Itself

Worn components can be 3D scanned at your plant or shipped to us for scanning and model reconstruction, then restored to nominal geometry. This is the normal route when original drawings were lost, or when a part has been in service long enough that the as-worn shape no longer tells you what it started as.

Before you send a sample
We manufacture to the customer’s instruction. By supplying a drawing, model or physical sample you confirm that you are entitled to have that geometry reproduced and that doing so does not infringe a third party’s intellectual property rights in your market. We do not carry, publish or supply any other manufacturer’s drawings, part numbers or model designations, and no part we make is marked with a designation other than our own or the customer’s. If you are unsure of your position, take advice before placing the order — we would rather quote a job that is clean.
